FDS approved programs include training of foreign militaries in:

• Instructor Pilot and maintenance services related to F-16, C-130, C-17, A330 MRTT, Maritime Potrol Aircraft, and SAAB 340.

• Full spectrum combat advisory services and training for land based forces and units 

• Operation and maintenance of small arms, light weapons, and artillery corps equipment

• Military and security force transformation and restructuring of units into efficient and effective joint forces, specifically in areas related to Command and Control, Operations, Capability Development, Policy, Strategy and Planning, Intelligence, Education and Training, Personnel, and Logistics and Medical Support.
